About the Opportunity:
As a Partner Product Manager for World ID, you will play a critical role in driving product adoption and market fit through strategic partnerships. You will work directly with partner organizations, developing and implementing solutions that leverage World ID’s capabilities to meet diverse user and business needs across different regions and contexts. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset, as you’ll be responsible for defining and executing on a roadmap with external partners and representing World ID’s product vision beyond our team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Partner-Focused Product Initiatives: Work closely with partner organizations to understand their specific needs and co-develop solutions that integrate World ID into their ecosystems.
- Define and Drive the Partner Product Roadmap: Own a multi-year roadmap focused on delivering value to our partners and ensuring alignment with World ID’s long-term product vision by providing relevant local insight
- Engage with Partners and Users: Regularly interact with partners and their users to gather insights that inform your roadmap and improve the partner and end-user experience with World ID.
- Act as a Liaison Between Product and Partners: Serve as an extension of the core product team, translating partner feedback into actionable product requirements and ensuring World ID’s offerings are effectively communicated and implemented in the market.
- Champion Product Metrics and Success: Define and track key metrics that measure the success and impact of World ID’s implementations within partner solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver cohesive partner solutions and drive go-to-market initiatives.
- Navigate Early-Stage Product Market Fit Challenges: Embrace the ambiguity and challenges of reaching product market fit , bringing agility, creativity, and an outcome-focused approach to solve problems and adapt as necessary.
About You:
- Experience as a former founder or individual contributor building, initiating and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy and design for a variety of products and features, ideally across mobile-first experiences.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a fast-paced, early-stage product environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working effectively with external partners.
- A solid understanding of Web3 and decentralized identity principles is a plus but if you are a learning machine, that will be even better.
- You have a bias towards action, a high sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH will be based on the region and can range from $123,000 - $150,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
