At Request Finance, you will be working on enhancing the platform used by over 2,000 Web 3.0 companies like AAVE, The Sandbox, and Maker to manage their B2B crypto payments. Managing crypto payments is an administrative nightmare for businesses.
Our app solves that with thoughtful features like a dashboard showing all your invoices and their on-chain payment statuses, paying hundreds of invoices to different wallets in a few clicks, scheduling recurring invoices, and more.
The sales team is looking for an intern to join the team for 3 months.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Intern at Request Finance, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the sales process. One of your primary responsibilities will be to work on our web3 finance club by conducting onboarding calls with new members of the community. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales, offering valuable insights and practical experience in an international and fast-paced environment.
Screen the applications received and create their profil on our CRM.
Conduct onboarding calls with new members (mostly Founders, CEOs and CFOs) to guide them through the club
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and current information.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching potential members.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and discussions.
Assist in organising and attending sales events and meetings as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Fluent is english
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about sales processes and strategies.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
