About the Role:

Liminal is looking for a Manager – Content & Communication, with an experience of 4 to 6 years. This profile will help us create, build, and shape our content strategy, and media presence. Content marketing strategy includes leading, improving, and maintaining content and brand communications to achieve our business and marketing goals.

As a content manager, the candidate should be detail-oriented, must have domain expertise for content optimisation, and maintain brand consistency across channels. The role will include structuring and creating content to create brand awareness, planning and creating social media content. Write blogs and web pages, emailers, brochures and other marketing collaterals, monitor metrics and also identify best practices for content and communication and generate leads. Ultimately, the candidate should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, trust-building, brand consistency, and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution:

• Develop a comprehensive, multi-channel content strategy aligned with Liminal's business objectives and industry trends

• Create compelling, technically accurate content that demystifies complex Web3 and crypto concepts for B2B audiences

• Produce thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies, and technical blog posts that showcase Liminal's expertise

Brand Voice & Messaging:

• Craft and maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates with crypto-native businesses and traditional finance institutions exploring Web3

• Develop messaging frameworks for new products, features, and company milestones

Digital Presence & Community Engagement:

• Work with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets


SEO & Content Performance:

• Implement SEO best practices for all content, focusing on industry-specific keywords

• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and blockchain-specific platforms

• Continuously optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Manage a team of content creators, including in-house writers and external contributors

• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with company goals
