The role

As a Business Developer at Gnosis, you will be pivotal in driving adoption and growth across Gnosis Chain, Gnosis Pay, Metri Wallet, and Circles. You will focus on building strategic partnerships, fostering collaboration within the Ethereum ecosystem, and expanding the reach of Gnosis' products. You’ll work closely with key players in both the traditional finance and crypto worlds, leveraging your deep knowledge of Web3 and the Ethereum community.

What you will do

• Partnership Development: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with companies, organizations, and protocols within the Ethereum and broader blockchain ecosystems.
• Market Expansion: Lead efforts to integrate Gnosis Pay, Gnosis Chain, Metri Wallet, and Circles UBI into new markets and communities, particularly focusing on real-world use cases for crypto payments and community currencies.
• Ecosystem Growth: Work closely with Web3 communities, Ethereum-native projects, and decentralized applications (dApps) to drive collaboration and growth for the Gnosis ecosystem.
• Financial Services Integration: Develop relationships with traditional finance and fintech players to expand Gnosis Pay's and Circles' impact, bridging the gap between decentralized and centralized financial systems.
• Product Alignment: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure the business development strategy aligns with Gnosis’ technical goals and community vision.
• User Adoption: Create and execute strategies to onboard retail users, focusing on making Metri, Gnosis Pay, and Circles accessible and user-friendly for everyday people.
• Community Engagement: Engage with the Ethereum and Web3 communities to promote Gnosis’ vision and foster trust in its products. Be an advocate for Gnosis at events, conferences, and online forums.

• Web3 Native: Deep understanding of the Web3 space, with hands-on experience in the Ethereum ecosystem and knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto payments.
• Experience in Business Development: 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth within the Web3/crypto sector, particularly within the Ethereum ecosystem.
• Strong Network: Established connections within the Ethereum community, DeFi protocols, and other key players in the blockchain space.
• Payments and UBI Expertise: Understanding of the traditional financial system and its intersection with decentralized finance, particularly in relation to payments, wallets, smart contracts, and UBI solutions.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, experimental environment with a strong focus on innovation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
