Job Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive sales strategies and ensuring they align with our business goals
- Actively identifying, targeting, and acquiring new institutional clients and leads
- Growing and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Engaging with institutional players, increasing awareness of our institutional business products and services
- Creating and executing strategic plans for every account
- Ongoing pursuit of new growth opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Ideally 3 to 5+ years of experience in the FinTech industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the Cryptocurrency/SaaS industry
- Prior experience in Web 3.0, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
- Proven track record in building and managing client relationships
- Entrepreneurial and resilient hunting personality
