Job Description:

We are seeking a Growth Strategy Engineer to join our team focused on customer growth and strategic planning in the Web3 industry. This role involves the application of data analysis and algorithmic insights to develop and implement growth and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, an understanding of the Web3 landscape, and the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep data analysis to understand customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making across various initiatives.
• Design, develop, and optimize data-driven growth and pricing strategies that align with Web3 market dynamics and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to ensure the successful implementation of growth strategies.
• Monitor key growth metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Build predictive models and implement algorithms to drive personalized experiences and optimize operation strategies.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in Web3 to anticipate market shifts and identify new growth opportunities.
• Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience in growth strategy development and operation strategy optimization (pricing strategy, etc), ideally in a Web3 or tech-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFTs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
